Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Are any purchases final sale?
Most items are eligible for return. However, due to hygiene and safety standards, opened Fire Escape Masks and used Travel Humidifiers cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Clearance items marked as "Final Sale" are also non-refundable.
