What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your travel safety gear, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Are any purchases final sale?
Most items are eligible for return. However, due to hygiene and safety standards, opened Fire Escape Masks and used Travel Humidifiers cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Clearance items marked as "Final Sale" are also non-refundable.
When will I get my order?
We process orders within 2-3 business days.
Standard Shipping: Typically takes 8-12 business days for international delivery.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships so you can monitor its journey.

We enforce strict Quality Control (QC) standards, ensuring that every USB blocker, fabric, and sensor meets international safety certifications (such as CE, FCC, and RoHS) before it reaches you.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 (USD). For orders under this amount, a flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.

We use a physical, chip-free design that cuts off data transfer pins while keeping the CC (Configuration Channel) intact. What is "Juice Jacking" and do I really need to worry about it?
"Juice Jacking" is a cyber-threat where hackers modify public USB charging ports (at airports, cafes, or hotels) to steal data or install malware on your device. It is a real risk for modern travelers. Our data blocker acts as a "physical firewall", ensuring that power flows in, but your data never flows out.
What signals do your Faraday Bags block?
Our Faraday products feature military-grade, double-layer shielding fabric. They are tested to block 100% of wireless signals, including WiFi, Bluetooth, Cellular networks (4G/5G), GPS, RFID, and car key fob signals. Why do I need a portable CO detector if hotels have alarms?
Carbon Monoxide (CO) is an odorless, colorless "silent killer," and many rental accommodations (Airbnbs/hostels) lack proper maintenance. Unlike bulky home units, our detector is palm-sized with a digital display. It allows you to see real-time PPM levels and detect minor leaks before they reach dangerous thresholds, giving you time to react.
Can I really fit a Fire Escape Mask in my carry-on?
Absolutely. Our escape masks use vacuum-compression packaging, making them roughly the size of a compact umbrella. They fit easily into a nightstand or backpack. In a fire, they provide 20-30 minutes of breathable air, filtering out toxic gases like CO and HCN while protecting your face from heat.

Is the Tactical Pen TSA-friendly?
Our pens follow a "Gentleman Tactical" design. They look like high-end business pens rather than weapons and use an embedded ceramic bead for glass breaking. While they generally comply with TSA regulations for carry-ons, the final decision always rests with the security officer. We recommend checking them if you want to be 100% sure.
How loud is the Personal Safety Alarm?
Our alarms emit a 130dB sound—equivalent to a jet engine taking off. This noise physically disorients attackers and draws immediate attention. Combined with the integrated LED strobe light, it provides a dual-layer deterrence to help you escape dangerous situations.

Is slash-resistant clothing heavy or hot?

What are RFID-blocking pockets?
These are special pockets lined with metallic shielding material. Placing your wallet or passport inside creates a shield that prevents digital thieves from using handheld scanners to skim your credit card information from a distance.
